All of my sheaths are completely hand patterned and handmade in house to ensure best fit and consistent quality.  My sheaths are not decorative or elaborate.  They are simply robust, heavily reinforced, users that I hope will last a lifetime.  For my leather sheaths I use only 10oz full grain leather, with heavy duty stitching and rivet reinforcements.  My Kydex likewise is .080" for maximum durability and longevity, and unless requested otherwise, fit out to accept Tek-Lok hardware.
